Backstage Camp 8th-12th (Code 130)

Calendar Jun 24, 2024 at 9 am, runs for 1 week

Monday, June 24 to Friday, June 28 in-person at SPARC (2106 North Hamilton Street Richmond, VA 23230)

Hours: Mon. – Fri., 9am – 3pm (optional extended day care available at an extra cost)

  • Early Arrival from 8:15AM – 9AM, $65
  • Extended Afternoon from 3PM – 4:30PM, $98

Extended afternoons are not offered on the last day of camp.

Grades: Rising 8th to 12th

Location: SPARC

SPARC’s Backstage Camp is a great choice for young people who love to build new things, bring their ideas to life, and get a messy along the way. Learn important skills that designers and technicians need for staging theatrical productions, like painting, making props, stage management, costuming, and more.

Youth who are interested in learning more about technical theatre are encouraged to participate! No prior skills or experience are necessary.

Payment plan available: $25 deposit plus 7 payments of $53.12, paid weekly. Final payment of $53.16.

Monday, July 1 to Friday, July 5 in-person at SPARC (2106 North Hamilton Street Richmond, VA 23230) (NO CAMP July 4)

Hours: Mon. – Fri., 9am – 3pm (optional extended day care available at an extra cost)

  • Early Arrival from 8:15AM – 9AM, $52
  • Extended Afternoon from 3PM – 4:30PM, $78
